These in-person classes are built specifically for motherhood—whether you’re planning pregnancy, currently pregnant, newly postpartum, or years into the journey. Every class is designed to help you build strength, connect with your body, and feel confident in movement again—while being surrounded by women who get it. Walk in as you are. Bloom is for you if you want movement that’s actually made for the perinatal season—not random workouts you have to modify alone. Trying to conceive or newly pregnant and want to feel strong and supported. Pregnant and looking for safe strength + mobility work. Postpartum (new or not-so-new) and ready to rebuild core + pelvic floor foundations. Any mom craving community, confidence, and consistency in a welcoming space.
Each session rotates through intentional themes that support real-life motherhood, like: Core & Pelvic Floor foundations; Strength + Stability for full-body confidence; Strength & Stretch to release tension and restore energy; Breath + Alignment to reconnect from the inside out. You’ll get smart progressions, clear cues, and options—so you can meet your body where it is today.
In-person class experience in a supportive, judgment-free environment. Monthly class offerings designed around pre/postnatal needs. Special events occasionally include collaborators + curated goodies.

Designed to be doable with real-life energy levels and real-life schedules. Replay is available to support different time zones or days you cannot make it live. If you need individualized coaching, 1:1 support is available separately.
