When it comes to pre and postnatal fitness, you need someone who understands both the science and the lived experience. That’s where I come in. After watching friends stop moving altogether when pregnant out of fear and begin developing pregnancy-related aches and pains, I realized the importance of revolutionizing women’s health by making expert-level fitness guidance accessible to every mother and mother-to-be.

But this isn’t just about workouts – it’s about transformation. As a specialized pre/postnatal fitness expert, I’ve dedicated my career to challenging outdated beliefs about women’s health during pregnancy. Through my signature approach combining deep core activation, 360° breathing techniques, and science-backed movement patterns, I’ve helped thousands of women navigate their pregnancy journey with confidence and strength. When I’m not in the studio guiding my in-person clients (including one determined mama who brings her baby to every session!),
