Bloom Prenatal & Postpartum Wellness Classes

These in-person classes are built specifically for motherhood—whether you’re planning pregnancy, currently pregnant, newly postpartum, or years into the journey. Every class is designed to help you build strength, connect with your body, and feel confident in movement again—while being surrounded by women who get it. Walk in as you are. Leave feeling stronger, steadier, and more like yourself—one class at a time.

Bloom is for you if you want movement that’s actually made for the perinatal season—not random workouts you have to modify alone. Trying to conceive or newly pregnant and want to feel strong and supported. Pregnant and looking for safe strength + mobility work. Postpartum (new or not-so-new) and ready to rebuild core + pelvic floor foundations. Any mom craving community, confidence, and consistency in a welcoming space.

Each session rotates through intentional themes that support real-life motherhood, like: Core & Pelvic Floor foundations; Strength + Stability for full-body confidence; Strength & Stretch to release tension and restore energy; Breath + Alignment to reconnect from the inside out. You’ll get smart progressions, clear cues, and options—so you can meet your body where it is today.

In-person class experience in a supportive, judgment-free environment. Monthly class offerings designed around pre/postnatal needs. Special events occasionally include collaborators + curated goodies.

The BLOOM Prenatal Signature Program is designed for women in their first or second trimester who want structure and guidance that actually fits real life. If you want to stay active with pregnancy-safe movement, to feel stronger, more stable, and more connected to your body, and are interested in simple, pregnancy-specific nutrition guidance (not perfection), this is for you! This program is also for you if you want to feel calmer and more prepared as birth approaches and want a plan you can follow without second-guessing everything.

A 12-week, self-paced program that supports your whole pregnancy experience—body, mind, and heart.

Each week includes:

  • Movement – core + pelvic floor connection, strength, mobility, and labor-prep focused work
  • Nutrition – key micronutrient focus + simple ways to apply them (plus approachable recipes)
  • Mind-body support – breathwork, journaling prompts, and tools to reduce stress and build confidence.

Self-paced + lifetime access (no deadlines, no pressure). Delivered in one organized, easy-access space. Optional monthly community calls for support + connection. Bloom Virtual Prenatal Program

Pregnancy comes with a lot of information—and not nearly enough guidance on what to actually do week to week. BLOOM is a 6-week virtual program that gives you a clear plan for movement, nutrition support, and community—so you feel strong, steady, and supported through your pregnancy.

This is for pregnant women (typically 1st or 2nd trimester, but join anytime if you’re cleared for exercise and not medically contraindicated) who want:

  • Pregnancy-safe strength training with expert guidance
  • Core + pelvic floor support that’s intentional (not confusing)
  • Nutrition education that’s practical and pregnancy-specific
  • Accountability + community with other moms-to-be
  • A weekly rhythm that helps you stay consistent without doing the most.

Each week includes:

  • 1 live prenatal strength workout (replay available)
  • 1 additional follow-along workout and a stretch class to complete on your schedule (on-demand)
  • 1 live community/nutrition call + Q&A (pregnancy-safe fueling, symptoms, supplements, “what matters most”, replay available)
  • Weekly resources + recaps so you always know what to focus on.

Designed to be doable with real-life energy levels and real-life schedules. Replay is available to support different time zones or days you cannot make it live. If you need individualized coaching, 1:1 support is available separately.

4 Weeks to a Stronger Core + Pelvic Floor

If you’re overwhelmed by “core rehab” advice online (or you’re not sure what’s safe in pregnancy), this program gives you a clear starting point. In four weeks, you’ll build deep core strength, pelvic floor connection, and everyday stability—without overthinking.

This program is for prenatal or postpartum women who want a straightforward plan that meets you where you are. You want a stronger core without crunches or random exercises. You want pelvic floor support that feels practical and empowering. You’re newly postpartum and want to rebuild foundations safely. You’re pregnant and want core work that supports your body (not stresses it). You want a short program that’s effective, affordable, and easy to follow.

  • 4 weeks of follow-along workouts focused on deep core + pelvic floor function.
  • Educational resources so you understand what you’re doing and why.
  • Progressions + modifications so you can scale based on your body and stage.
  • All you need is a mat and your body.
